Here's a useful calculator for the chi square distribution for any number of degrees of freedom. It's very easy to use -- keep in mind that you'll need two values.
Enter the number of degrees of freedom (n - 1). Enter the right hand % that you want, hit calculate. Enter the left hand % that you want hit calculate.

For the information you're going to need in order to conduct our election analysis, go here. I've gathered together as much as I can, and you'll need to sort through it for your particular data.
Please note as you research where you get your data -- site name, years for the estimate or census, and anything else of importance. It's key that we establish our data as accurate and unbiased, because we'd like our results to be accurate and unbiased.

This week, algebra will finish up constructions and start looking at angles and how they are related. Statistics will continue looking into confidence intervals by turning to proportions.
